3 Day Diet



The 3 Day Diet is just a meal plan.

This is a simple diet and it is very easy to explain. You just follow a specific meal. It is usually a low calorie meal. And you do it for 3 days.

The 3 day diet is considered a fad diet and usually gets poor results. Most people will lose a few pounds, mostly water. And then they will gain the weight back later.

The 3 Day Diet leads to "Yo Yo Dieting" which is dangerous and can actually lead to weight gain. It is not recommended. This diet won't last. It offers no permanent results.
